Cameras won’t record longer then 30secs

HiMy cameras are outdoor battery ones. They are set to max and only record a few seconds and it’s really frustrating. I pay for the yearly nest subscription as well

It’s really strange as they’re always near fully charged, I’ve had it less than a year and have it set to max. What would you suggest?
