when the A/C Iis cooling,the furnace is burning to heat at the same time?what's the problem?

Hello,Think you guys all, the problem is solved, we checked the board of the furnace and found the wrong wiring on it. I am glad the thermostat now is working good!Best regards to you all!Thomas
