Google Nest Community

Hi @george_t . Thanks for the update.In the meantime, I'm now using my Thermmostat with another personal Google account, which is working fine. The thermostat is correctly appearing on both Nest and Google Home apps.

Still no news...My case number is 3-8069000033258.

Still no news from support, despite my last email. Quite discouraging...
