I have the same issue when I broadcast a message: it ends up broadcasting to all Nest speakers in both homes.

I found the issue: the devices don't show up in the service linkage page, but instead you have to go back to the Home view and the devices show up all the way at the bottom as linked devices but not assigned to any room. Not a very good UX experience...
