Heat link not working

Heat link not working it has power to the unit h71 on the thermostat will not manual reset no lights showing on it was working fine yesterday

luckily I had one days warranty left and am awaiting a call back regarding a replacement unit hopefully they call today I have had to wire up a temporary programmer to get hot water
