Google Nest Community

My nest doorbell will send me notifications sometimes that a person was seen when I click on the notification it will say no event recorded. This doesn't happen all the time but it has happened a few times. Why does this happen and how do I fix it?

my google jeeps telling me the weather feom my old address even though i made sure to change it in my google home app how can i fix this?
