My internet is down (No WiFi) ...Can I Chromecast from my Android phone
to my Android Smart TV?Any know how and could tell me the steps to do it

So that leaves me still needing to find a solution...How do I watch
movies on my Google Android TV when there is no internet or WiFi...I do
