Nest wifi router stopped broadcasting

Hi , my nest wifi router stopped broadcasting yesterday. It is offline in the Home app. I have tried to reset it but it start up with a white led after the reset sequence . Anyone any ide how to resolve this issue ?

The warranty has expired but after talking with Google they decided to send me a new one .
