When my nest camera detects a person in my yard, it does not send an
alert. This is very common. My yard is in Zone 1. The person shows on my
video. But when I return home I don’t want to reviews hours of video to
see what alerts were not sent.
Of course, I can do Rubes suggestion. However, I prefer an alert when a
person appears in my yard. I get an alert only if the person is on
sidewalk heading for the front door.
