The volume is on level 10 and the music plays loud but when making a DUO
video call the person sounds real low even on level 10 volume. Doesn’t
matter who I call either.
Yes this is a new issue, yes my calls were much louder.yes it’s only low
on calls when playing music it’s just fine and loud.it only happens on
my end.I have unplugged it and turned it off.
