Hi. No i haven't managed to set it up, i have given up now  I am using it via the Nest app, without any integration into the Home app. Thanks anyway for everyone's advice and suggestions.

Update: i have now reset the device and added again. This is very confusing. Google Home does not read this device. When i try to manually set it, it does not let me type the last 4 characters of the serial number. I can't see any way forward. Very d...
