No all good now as soon as we figured that the C wire was unnecessary. Thanks all!

I contacted support and they helped me solve it as follows:1) charge the unit using usb for another hour2) disconnect the C wire and mask it offUnit now restarts when connected to base and setup completed. Thank you all.
