Thank you, this really helped! Moving the cord where it plugs in to camera fixed my first camera but unfortunately when I did the same thing to my 2nd camera it still won’t get power:(

Thank you. Your picture tells me that my camera’s charging cord is definitely not working then. Mine says empty battery and does not say plugged in and never has. I did mess with the cord where it attaches to the camera and that fixed my other camera...
