My apologies, I just saw this reply. This is the first time they were linked since being factory reset along with the Philips Hue hub and all Google hardware. I've no issues controlling them from the Hue app and Hue has been successfully linked to Go...

I do. I've got both apps installed as you need the Philips Hue app to add bulbs to the hub.
