Hi Muddi, Still not working...I ran out of ideas on how to fix this problem. Google nest hub v2 can only connect to my mobile hotspot...but not to my home wifi router. I'm planning to return the product. Thanks for the reply.

Hi Dan,Thanks for the reply. Before I post this problem, I have tried a factory reset many times, but no luck getting the google nest hub to connect to my wifi router. I have no clue what other solution to remedy this problem.Victor
