Cync (by GE) thermostat won't stay connected in Google Home

Hello,I have several Cync (by GE) devices including light, fan switches and a thermostat. All of these show up fine in the Cync app on phone. They also all show up within the Google Home app. However, the Thermostat constantly shows as being "Offline...
