Sorry it took so long to respond. i did get the app working. After deleting the Nest app, performing a soft reset, and then reinstalling, I was able to give the Bluetooth and local network permissions to the app. It was very weird the app would conne...

I’ve uninstalled and the reinstalled the Nest App, and upon reinstall, it does not ask for Local network permission. This seems to be the core issue.

I followed all steps, but the Nest App, though installed, is not on the list of apps under the local network apps

Still unable to use the app.  Only on Wi-Fi.  Works with cellular data
