The app says the model number for my Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen is "Display-3.7", but that's not the "real" model number according to Washington Gas's rebate center. The model number according to them begins as T3#####, so what is my model numb...

Congrats on success with the model number. I should hear back from Washington Gas this coming week. Same here about that model number not being shown on the invoice, packaging, or at the thermostat or app. Good luck with the door bell camera.
