This is not a UK only issue. I’m in Ohio and have the same issue. I’ve
already opened a ticket for it. Was told I would hear something within
48 hours. It’s now 72 hours and not a peep. Might be time to return it.
I too have same issue on Nest WiFi pro. . Talked with Google, they sent
my issue to an engineer. Probably not going to do anything. I’ll give it
a week or 2, then I’m returning
