yup - they are rubbish and no word from Google on a fix. I sent mine back.

There was a rumour on Verge that they have a solution rolling out "soon". Be nice to get official confirmation on this forum

I am leaving? Oh dear. I've certainly returned the WiFi Pro, but still have Nest smoke alarms and a Nest Cam. I'm selling the Google WiFi pucks from a few years back.
