You carefully put it back in its box and return it until they have fixed the problems - which is currently undefined, other than S L O   W...

I am leaving? Oh dear. I've certainly returned the WiFi Pro, but still have Nest smoke alarms and a Nest Cam. I'm selling the Google WiFi pucks from a few years back.
