Many thanks for reaching out ..it still doesn’t work ..I’ve removed it
from home ..reset it to factory settings ..update the home app …unlinked
and re linked ..nothing works..I still get the “I’m sorry i don’t know
how to help with that” error messag...

Hello Dan …the hub stopped streaming Sling about a week ago…it now gives
the message “sorry I’m unable to help with that” ..I’ve rebooted the
hub, unlinked and linked sling, rebooted my router, reset the hub to
