They had changed it to solved but looks like they've removed that now!

Would be nice for Google to acknowledge this problem on here and give an indication as to when it will be fixed - days, weeks or months?

I also have this issue. 50Mbps with PPPoE on BT full fibre. Got 500Mbps on my old setup
