Google witless cam only slow charging

My nest wireless camera will only slow charge saying I should use the cord and charger that came with my device. Well I am.
Re: My nest app is showing offline while the actual nest devices is showing connected.

Seems like this is an on going problem. Google why have I invested so much money in this system for it not to work half the time. I'll try the guest network idea.
