My nest wireless camera will only slow charge saying I should use the cord and charger that came with my device. Well I am.

Some customers in this forum have reported having trouble getting the USB plug tightly seated in the bottom of the camera so that it makes good contact. I've also seen a few posts from customers who had defective charging cords. (Our battery camera is plugged in with the optional charging cable and does not have any issues.)
If you can't resolve it, you could try contacting Support for a replacement charging cord, using the link and instructions in this post in this forum:
