Yes, this is still a daily annoyance! If I didn’t have a significant
financial investment in the equipment I would have ditched Google Home a
few months ago. As it stands I can’t recommend Google devices to anyone.

I have done this, yet it persists. Part of the problem with testing a
solution is that, for me at least, the problem isn’t consistent — it
only happens maybe 20% of the times that I tell it to “stop.”
I’ve suspected it had to something to do with them interrupting the
