Google Nest Community

I just love how some thing so simple has to be taken over by Google and now I can't reset it.

I am not responding in a timely manner as the NEST is at my office and I am an hour away.

My device the NEST thermostat, has an entry key of PCH12RH. I enter that and ht return. It comes back with "CHECK AND TRY AGAIN”. It goes nowhere after that.John Jensen (jjskicondo)
