Google Nest Community

I sent a request to Nest three weeks ago and it’s been radio silence. Would really like them to stand by their product.

I tried the manual setup before, but even that wasn’t working. This seems to be a frequent issue. I have had Nests at the other three homes I’ve owned and never ran into this issue before.

Same issue and have tried all the above to include doing a factory reset.

I do have the 3rd Gen Learning. Apologies for not including that information in my original post.
