My thermostats just disappeared from my nest app. I can still control with the goooglehome but not the nest app, what should I do to reset this

They came back online randomly

It is the third generation... Funny that u say that because it is at the home app. However the home app doesn't seem to have the capabilities that the nest app has..yet..
