My thermostats just disappeared from my nest app 1 week after installl

My thermostats just disappeared from my nest app. I can still control with the gooogle

home but not the  nest app, what should I do to reset this

Do you know which generation your Nest thermostat is at? It might have forced the connection to the Home app in a recent update.  I know the plan is to eventually get everything over to the Home app with upcoming devices.

It is the third generation... Funny that u say that because it is at the home app. However the home app doesn't seem to have the capabilities that the nest app has..yet..

@DrewBo, I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't access your Nest Thermostat on the Nest App — Let's sort this out.

On your Nest App, make sure to login with the same email account associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Follow the steps on this page.

They came back online randomly
