I have the Google Home app on my iPad. I use it with my Sony Bravia google television. When I select the television on the app and then the settings (gear) the app returns “Problem connecting to cloud”. Has anyone seen this before and how do I resolv...

I don’t understand why a “Nest” device is referenced here. My problem exists on my Sony Google TV and my iOS devices. I do not have any android devices to test it on. I have not other devices connected to the television.

Yes. No change in the behavior. I reset the television and reinstalled the home app on my phone but the problem is still present

I also noticed this started mid-year. When contacting Sony the tell me it is an issue with the Google cloud service. Still no answer. Very frustrating.

The problem remains. Please do not lock the thread as clearly others with Google TVs have the same issue. Thank you.
