Hi, we're trying to connect our nest thermostat to the app. However, the
code that we entered is not valid according to the app. We tried several
times but the app kept on rejecting the code. Any suggestion how to
solve this problem?

got an information from the service centre that we have to have the old
in-log code from the previous owner (who is sadly passed away
