I managed to solve this issue. I don’t know if I post this solution, I’m afraid google will prevent it or not. If you have any kind of experience, pls reply here. I will reply via email.

@MplsCustomerI’m outside of supported countries. My friend who lives in Singapore and he can able to setup smoothly. Hopefully my doorbell not defective.

Hi @RXShorty I’m not using iCloud paid version. I think, iCloud relayed is only work on paid accounts.Cheers
