Have a Next 2nd Gen hooked up to a Lennox LRP14DF48 heatpump - aux gas unit (duel fuel). Having issues with heatpump in heating mode and when this happens the delta between Nest temp setting and the actual room temp can be more than 10 degrees differ...

this is great bro for when you have tue heat pump balance option. I just don’t happen to have that option from my app. Any idea why this isn’t showing up as an option for me?

How is this feature enabled? I do not see this as an option.

I did see the response but can’t seem to find how to enable heat balance mode. Not seeing any options from the app.
