Same issue albeit slightly different. Camera worked fine, yesterday had a new verizon router installed in the house. Original Nest products were a breeze to update, just update the new wifi router and password. Google products are the problem. Google...

Google Home updated their app a few days ago allowing for this new device to show up and set up through the app. Who knows if they knew it was an issue or they are monitoring these boards! Lol, Big Brother is Watching.

Unfortunately when in the Google Home App, selecting +, set up a device, new devices, choosing the location, it does not find a new device, so when I select Camera, it tells me to go to the Nest app.
