I need to add my existing sensors to my new phone. When I scan the QR code, it says my sensor are already connected to an account. I tried removing the batteries from all of them for about an hour to reset but that did nothing. HELP! Is it at all pos...

You have to leave the battery out for at least 48 hours. It worked for me (72 hours) so give it a try.

It worked! I ended up leaving the batteries out for 72 hours (not on purpose), so I can't say for sure that 48 hours would've worked, but I'm glad 72 did the trick.
