Google Nest H1A reset to factory setting not repairing

I have a Nest gen 1 H1A that went to the small “G” display. Have done all the fixes I have found and have tried the factory reset multiple times with no luck. Still just has the “G” on the display. Does anyone know something else I can try? Should I ...
