I have a mounted tv and all wires hidden behind the wall. The new
Chromecast requires power from an outlet not the usb on the tv. Why
can't I use the USB on the computer. If I can't, I need a really long
cable to get to the power through the wall.
I completely understand the need for power for what it's doing. But the
thing I don't understand is how I've had three other Chromecast and they
didn't require it. The updates done bother me much as I can do that when
