Trying to determine if the white wire in the picture should actually go
to aux as aux is typically brown. Installed everything per the app
instructions and getting no power to the new Nest thermostat. Attached a
picture for reference. Thanks
Sorry for the delayed reply. I was able to get things resolved via the
Nest customer service line. The common was not needed and moved the R
wire to the other side. Working properly now.
