Pizza guy came to my house last night said my doorbell fell off. checked it out and the security screw had backed out and is missing. this has been pressed hundreds of times since installation.where do you get replacements?

I’ve been having this issue for a month or so on all of my google devices (I have 6). Plays 5 songs and then repeats. If you ask to shuffle it will just change the order of the 5 songs. Wtf is happening?

That is the terminal screws for the hello. We’re talking about the security screw in the top of the 2nd gen doorbell
