Thanks for the follow up.As I stated, I do not have another phone, and that being the only solution offered I have given up trying to use Google Home.

No, I don't have a different phone, nor do I understand how menu options would vary?Thanks for your replies but it seems fairly poor system if an App offers different menu options based on the type of phone when it is meant to control a 3rd device.
