There is nothing available from third party sellers that would be able to allow my device to function correctly. Can I please receive a replacement mounting base?

Hello, I cannot find a new mounting base anywhere, can you please set me up with a replacement mounting base?

I'm sorry, my camera does not show live activity or record. Consistently says "remount device" which I am assuming without the magnet it will never register as mounted. I purchased from eBay but I am willing to buy another mount if needed.
