I'm sorry, my camera does not show live activity or record. Consistently says "remount device" which I am assuming without the magnet it will never register as mounted. I purchased from eBay but I am willing to buy another mount if needed.
I've checked our Google Store website and there's no available stocks. You might want to check other third party retailers like Amazon or eBay. In case you have an update, you know where to find us.
There is nothing available from third party sellers that would be able to allow my device to function correctly. Can I please receive a replacement mounting base?
