My Google Doorbell battery baseplate has a missing magnet so it won't give me video. Can a please receive a replacement?

Thanks for reaching out. I know how important it is when your Nest doorbell can't give you a live feed. Let's check out other information. Does your Nest doorbell still record events? Did you get your Nest doorbell without the magnet or someone misplaced it? Where and when did you purchase it?

I'm sorry, my camera does not show live activity or record. Consistently says "remount device" which I am assuming without the magnet it will never register as mounted. I purchased from eBay but I am willing to buy another mount if needed.
