My Nest IQ outdoor camera has stopped working. After a reset, its blinking blue but its not connecting to the IoS Nest app. Please advise

Thanks for the reply. Not sure what is causing but it has become intermittent now. Wondering if the powersupply adptor causing this issue. I'm not able to buy replacement poweradptor as well.
