Looks like the warranty is 2 years unless installed by a Nest Pro and it
was registered by them . Seems like they should standby it. I would call
again and ask for a supervisor
Had same issue, was working fine since purchased earlier this year and
just lost the ability to find my network. Did resets of it multiple
times and my router to no avail. Called Google Nest helpline and they
are sending a replacement unit.
