Beginning yesterday, when trying to set a timer or alarm, the response
is "sorry I don't know how to help with that". This happens on all
speakers and displays. Even after reboot. Any advice?
UPDATE: timers/alarms are working again. Appears this was related to
support/maintenance being done, but glad that support has finally
responded and addressed this.
more frustrating is that my display gives me options it does when it
doesn't know how to do something, in this case "set timer" or "set 10
minute timer" and then when I select any of them, it again responds that
it "doesn't know how to help"!!!
