When I try to factory reset chromecast audio while trying to connect via wifi it does not help. But if I have it connected via ethernet the factory reset works

I am using nest wifi. Chromecast audio is not recognized by google home unless i plug my chromecast into a ethernet adapter. All other devices install perfectly well with my existing nest wifi. Any ideas? Osaf
