Thank you everyone for the help. The device was defective. Got the new one and it powered on and displayed the Google logo. Hooked it up and it works as it should. Thank you all!

@aatienzayes I’m waiting for the exchange process. The new tstat has shipped and I’m just waiting for it.

Thank you for your help. I ordered from a store so hopefully I’ll just get a new unit. I’ll keep you posted if that fixes it

Y, G, Rc for ACR W for heat zone 2. I connected one of the extra wires to C on the AC unit in the attic. I spoke with nest help and they said that I should atleast get the Google logo when I try to power on so they are saying the unit is defective.
