Entry key for my new Thermostat doesn't work in Nest app. It does work
in Google Home.But I cannot connect extra sensors without the Nest app.
I have tried on Android and Chrome Web Browser.
I had the same issue yesterday. Told the app I had a wire, (that wasn't
used on my old thermostat), and it didn't work.I had to use only the
wires previously used. Now it works.
