Thermostat key doesn't work

Entry key for my new Thermostat doesn't work in Nest app. It does work in Google Home.

But I cannot connect extra sensors without the Nest app. I have tried on Android and Chrome Web Browser.

A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Also, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

A regular Nest Thermostat. I have found out only E and Learning are compatible with the app and the sensors.

You're right, the Nest Temperature Sensor works with the following thermostats:

• Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd generation
• Nest Thermostat E
